Location was excellent right near the underground station. Staff were amazing and always willing to help. Only problem wifi signal was weak. But other than that was a really good nights stay.
Top Tip

Great location for central London. Nice bar which will remains open past closing time (1pm) if you are a guest in the hotel. Only ate breakfast in hotel which included a great selection of hot and cold food. Roof terrace is nice for a quiet drink.
Top Tip
Very central to all London attractions. Walk, dont take the tube as things are much closer than you think!

POOR VALUE EVEN AT JUSTONE PRICES (£387 for 1 night)
Booked for 3 but they had us down as 2 so Z-bed squeezed into a small room so no access to couch!
No directions to room numbers when exiting lift--exploring cul-de-sacs with luggage in tow not a good start!
Tea and coffee in short supply--one 'top-up' delivered (mug still had sticky label glue on), second request unfulfilled so no late night cup of tea!!
Light in bathroom shines thru glass wall so night 'visits' disturb others sleeping!
Breakfast very poor--in quality and service. Before we started to eat, tea was delivered and poured (without asking!)--MIFs (milk-in-firsters!) would have been appalled! Requested hot water was brought in a tiny open milk jug! Fruit was unripe and tasteless, bacon smoked and leathery, make your own toast! --to charge £23+ for such a poor buffet is extreme even by London standards.
Only redeeming feature is proximity to London Palladium and I would only suggest this hotel to those (like me) not wanting the hassle of trying to get a taxi after seeing a great show (Wizard of Oz) in this fabulous theatre

A little overpriced if you pay full value but ok at Justonehotel price. The room was a little "tired" and the television/ internet didn't work. there was nowhere to plug the hotels own kettle in and the shower was very hot or very cold! we did however find the staff to be very polite and courteous and the location was fantastic, just off Oxford Circus and at the end of Carnaby Street. The food was great, Pick your room carefully.
Top Tip
Carnaby Street is a great place to spend some time, the Patisserie Valerie is a fantastic place for a quick lunch and the hotels own restaurant is good for an evening meal.

It's such a pleasure to stay in a hotel with such a quirky history, its almost an adventure in itself. Its not a cheap place to stay, but the overall quality proves it to be excellent value for money. It's difficult to imagine a better placed hotel. Liberty is opposite, as is Carnaby St. It ajoins The Palladium, while most of the other West End Theatres are in walking distance. As for shopping, well, you are surounded by the main retail areas. Finally, it is a good central base for general sightseeing.
