the hotel was very convenient for Buckingham Palace and sightseeing around Victoria, the palace of Westminster, London Eye. The only minor issue we had was the room was not available when we arrived, we were told it would be ready at 2 pm but we did not have access to it until nearly 2.30 pm. Apart from that everything was excellent
Top Tip
there is a delightful little Italian restaurant on the corner of Petty France, it doesn't look much, but the food was excellent and very reasonably priced

Superb location, close to many london attractions and rail and tube stations. Polite and helpful staff. Overall a very good choice of hotel at a good price.

No way of turning off or on the lights from the bed a night if one wanted to read in bed or go to teh bathroom at night. Very near Buckingham Palace

A disappointing room! tired and in need of refurbishment. Very poor tea/coffee facilities. Awkward to access and too few milks/tea bags. My travelling companions room was quite acceptable however and the rest of the Hotel and staff got full marks. The food in the Bistro 51 was excellent - stay in and enjoy.

I was most impressed with the location of the hotel- within walking distance for most central locations, but just far enough out of West End to avoid the hustle and bustle. Inmmediate area was very quiet and we found a very friendly pub close by that met our food and drink needs during our short break.
Hotel provided efficient service. Room was satisfactory although it was on the top floor, a long way from the lift with a VERY slow flow of bath water. All in all value for money and I will return -hopefully to a room on a lower floor!

Relatively quiet local area. Several friendly pubs close by. Very near to Buckingham Palace. We made very good use of 48 hour bus tour ticket (£24)which got us everywhere we wanted to go without having to use Underground.
